Company needs to employ an external communications officer at some point. At present it's not justified given how early we are in the lifecycle. Typically this type of stuff would be handled by the company secretary. Assuming that this isn't the case, they could always employ an external consultant to handle this. That in itself would cost money, so again, perhaps a little early for that as well. Company will need to utilise existing staff for communications.
