Be interesting to see what happened if a big buyer came in for some NDO at 5.7-9 cents, say 1-2 mill, would they filled or not?
I think they just might, certainly at a cross road atm, could go either way imho, love to know how many southerns have collected all up and what their intention is, too far in to pull back now I think.
