I prefer buy outs as they remove shares from issue..but having dividends would attract new investors to the registry.. there is obvious pro and cons in line with how management wants to manage their cash flow and capital structure.
What I really want to know how KCN is progressing TAfta and whether Thai government is any closer to announcing royalty concessions.
Some one on this forum mentioned they here Jamie on investor call saying that there be update in June.. I wish there was more information or insight on this and that KCN mgt can make a credible forecast or expectation on TAFTA negotiation.. instead of the perpetual deferral of settlement.
