I think the first sentence here is saying that if the scheduled repayments over the 3year term of the loan are accelerated and paid off early then there would be penalties to pay including having to issue an additional 2,328,863 warrants to Nebari that would be exercisable at $2.07 up to 18Jan2027 - Nebari and Taurus already have some 9.5mil options/warrants that are very close to being 'in the money' and undoubtedly will get exercised at some stage within the next 18 months so you should start accepting that we'll have 267.25mil shares on issue before the buyback effect.
