that's my understanding of how the foreign investment companies work in Sumatra and or Indonesia.

Hi Ben, Kingsrose owns 85% of PT Natarang, so 15% is already in Indonesian hands as we speak. This means now 36% of the company will need to be divested.

I am not too sure about how foreign ownership in Indonesia works in full honesty, it is something I will need to learn about in the near future.
