    Assume KL offered $0.30 a share in a buyout. That would be 1 share of KL for every 70 shares of De Greys. KL would have to issue just over 5 million shares. Assume 1/2 of De Grey's shares are owned by Australians, then Australians get about 2.6 million KL shares. As I previously posted, only 2,000 shares of KL are traded per month historically. So Australian investors would not have an easy time selling their 2.6 million shares if they wanted out. Lot to think about if there's a buyout offer.
