Guys put 2 and two together. Do you really think a federal MP is going to go down into the mine and make a video for mass a tweet - where he says "were trying to get things going" - if he didnt know the next Fed grant was coming soon. He himself clearly wants to mine as much mileage and brownie points as poss for the fed grant being given . Time to start recollecting this counter.
This is an obvious political move, this stock going to 45-50 cents soon is a no brainer.
