Yes there are 32million KISO options out. they give the owner the right but not the obligation to be able to pay 10 cents to the company to convert them into a share. that's any time before July 1this year I believe.
I posted the form you need to fill in up here before and the post got zapped by the comptrollers on HC.
so I suggest if you want to know more just call the company and speak to the company secretary, or if you have a personalised broker service then ask your broking house to do it. (thats what I did via Euroz)
you get a form and pay 10 cents per oppie to the company. ie 100,000 options converted = AUD 10,000 -then company issues you 100,000 shares and the options get cancelled.
I'm not sure how you confirm your option holding to them ? (the hin no?) maybe someone else can answer that one.
