kiss good bye any acquisitions now

I'm sorry to point this out once again, but a couple of months ago i did warn people that the profit downgrade announcment smelled bad, and to expect a loss for the half. Everybody jumped on my head, and said its not possible. It certainly is. Thats not the only bad news. This stock has gone from an aquisition driven growth stock to nil now. Chances of more aquisitions are gone. Banks are not going to be willing to lend now, owners arent going to want to be paid in NMS stock, and institutions arent going to be so keen for new nms stock anymore. Not looking good for the future. Organic growth is the only option, and with the poor utlisation rates, im sure the new contracts where done on the cheap, so dont expect the margins nms use to get
