if it is true that some data is 'missing' (IMO, presumed in JW's possession) why wouldn't JW return the data, validate the resource calculations and prove that he was completely above board?
This would save many $$ obtaining independant reviews, and save his name from being dragged through the mud.
There is a missing link here. What is it? If it is just a question of stubbornness (from either party) it will make shareholders sick.
