Correct me if i'm wrong 30 odd mill went into the Surprise area when RC took over 2 d 3 d test feasability studies broker report CR 6% to handler ETC all weather road that failled saying gear on site when in fact it was still back at some factory uncompleted etc
Surprise was sitting for 2 half years before this slump in oil price more than enough time for 3 other wells to have been completed in this ARMY SIZE KITCHEN
Remember Surprise was discovered 2010 2 years to pass all requirements
The drop in oil price only started to decline at the end of july unforseen by many experts
