    With the further collapse of the the Kit share price (US$6.23) today the offer to shareholders is now worth $4.5m less than the amount announced by the Board of Hyro. With the other conditions of the deal a shareholder will be lucky to see 27c out of this transaction! Why would the Board of Hyro want to push this deal?
