    Readint that report makes me want to throw furniture around the room. Why a utility doesnt pick up its socks and get the ball rolling now with CFCL is annoying, An up front payment of 5million and conditional minimum numbers for volume orders and they are away.

    But its been that way the past 6-9 months and...yeh ;(
