Strategic Review announced on DECEMBER 6th the same day they knocked back the SOL offer.
KKR in play and due diligence expires close of business on the 7th MAY, the next day 8th of MAY PPT will announce the result of the KKR offer and the updated long awaited Strategic Review Plan.
Why would they tie these 2 important announcements on the same day? could this be a repeat of December 6th.
Why not let the KKR approach play out and then report that to the Share holders to decide on, before they knock it back that is.
Then give us the details of this so called Strategic Review.
