So much interest in the company from suiters and such a lack of interest from traders, hard to believe that this company is currently in play (aka KKR announcement pending) with a possible break up announcement also pending.
I don't believe an offer from KKR sub $27 all cash would have been entertained and would have seen KKR walk away already, so there must be some base to them being given due diligence with the result of that being announced on the 8th.
What is really surprising to me is the reason this has no support in the share price considering the pending news.
