I don't know the position of the major insto shareholders, but I am sensing that a clean offer at $27 will be stampeded by the retail holders.
40% ownership (and effective control) can be easily purchased now.
This carcass is ready now, and is falling right into SOL's hands.
And, according to the Constitution, the only way to petition an XGM is if a Director calls the meeting.
Otherwise, go whistle retail holders.
