There was no point, just that there wasnt much info on hotcopper at that stage, however given that they could rescind the offer to purchase at $88 per share now that the information is public if they so choose to, therefore ensure you price your share purchase with a margin of risk. I am not a holder nor am I planning to purchase, just giving general advice.
