    Also very risky long play as there are no guarantees on any takeover offers or the price that might be payed. Your valuation is your option only and KKR or whoever might have completely different views. I've seen way too many a takeover offer is coming and then nothing happens scenarios to be skeptical. All I'm pointing to be very cautious on this one
