No need to panic, these things often take a few configurations to get done, and I'm sure this will get done also. As KKR say they can't just assume the French gig is worth a price without seeing into it. As it stands the current share price isn't that far off it's 2 - 3 year trading drifting price anyways, so any big sell off shouldn't happen and probably won't last too long. Taking a while and annoying all the same.
