KKR is being stalled by APRA in acquiring CBA's CFS and is also looking at parts of WBC's wealth unit. KKR may look at IFL as an easier proposition. IFL has pulled off two deals relatively easily in buying ANZ and NAB's wealth units. IFL is undervalued and has little debt. It would be attractive to KKR to take out IFL given that those deals have already been done.
