I agree. I find the way many companies still communicate with their retail investors still archaic (plus you're right, quite ironic that they're pushing for a 'green' initiative yet still using tonnes of paper to do so). Maybe if ASX-listed companies used more investor-relation/communication services they could not only make communication more efficient i.e. not have to use paper at all and make it digital, but also, allow us to provide feedback/votes on these matters directly (I know services like Diolog allow for this, but unfortunately not many companies have hopped on to this trend).
