I am in NZ and asked the same question of my Broker (ASB Securities). They advised me that although KLA will disappear from the ASX, once the merger has happened and I wanted to sell - they could do that for me. First I had to transfer the shares to a type of holding account and they would then be able to sell the shares on my behalf. With that info, I am happy to keep holding for the forseeable future.
