I don’t think any of the shareholders are opposed to regulatory changes towards BNPL sector ! But what I presume would the law makers need is to look at is, having to come up with tailor made regulations not one size fit all! Even within BNPL there are differences in terms of size, sector and length of payments which make the need to have varied degree of regulatory framework !! At the end of the day, it needs to protect the providers not destroy their model !
