Klarna has just released its interim financial report for the half year to 30 June and the losses just keep mounting. After 8 consecutive years of profitability from 2011 to 2018, Klarna has lost almost SEK1.5b (~A$230m) in the last 18 months. After raising SEK2b in new equity in 2019, the company has tapped shareholders for an additional SEK1b in the most recent quarter.
