It will be reflected in their receivables turnover period and how that is moving - ie if their period end receivables balance is becoming a higher percentage of annual TTV then receivables turnover is slowing which indicates credit balances are being maintained for longer. The complicating factor is that this will also be affected by the product mix (with different products inherently having differing turnover periods). As Zip doesn't report by product line (only geography) it means it would be also impossible to tease out what you are looking for from the reported numbers.
