This is what I think will happen. Once Klarna buys Z1P, Google will aquire them in time.
So you will have:
Apple BNPL (who aquired APT, AFFM, STRIPE) financed by GS
Google BNPL (who aquire Klarna, Z1P. SZL, SplitIt) financed by Wells fargo and Citibank
Klarna will pay $15 a share for Z1P
