He was appointed to promote the company in North America and Europe, and he took performance rights instead of cash payment.
He has nothing worthwhile to promote, and now any performance rights are worthless, so he's gone home.
Need someone stupid to replace him who will do it for nothing. I can think of a regular here who fits the bill. Barf step up!
