To be honest. When he first came on, everyone praised him about his achievements in other companies. Maybe in his previous roles be had a strong team that made him look good. From memory we were told he would work for no salary, but be paid bonus shared as the SP hit certain targets by set deadlines.
The deadlines are probably expired by now and we seem to have been at .001 since he started. However I did just see us in the green, but back to .001 on open tomorrow.
