Well the ticker is up there so it's a matter of time. OTC pink is the penny stocks of the US, I believe there are different tiers. Not sure how it works in EU. ASX is the main trading hub so all annoucements have to abide by ASX trading rules here. Essentially, from what I understand is that, there will be some guy/broker who buys alot of shares here and starts to trade it over there in the US. It just increases the exposure as the company becomes more notable, esp since we are opening US offices etc, makes it easier to have people in the US buy into the company.
i think Kleos goes to NASDAQ is a bit misleading it's not the Nasdaq.
