India is opening even as virus spreads as it has financially crippled itself, It needs ISRO to launch rockets, zero launches this year (PSLV C48 last launch 11/12/19), hence opening it up to private industry.The article above showed they are pulling resources in to make this happen asap. There was always going to be a delay to launch. they can't just open their doors and launch a rocket.Last 4C released 30th April they estimated to have (0.7 without reduced expenditure) 1.4 quarteres left without receipts or government loan facilities, which since have been received, which means they should comfortably make it to launch now.My biggest concern has been the duration of the lockdown, now that is clearing, resume crossing fingers.
