Does anybody know if the press conference is somewhere availiable in full?

2nd, does anybody know if there's already an prospectus filed, or something?
I'd like to get a little impression, based on more intense material.

3rd, is it already publically announced when they'll go public, or still not finally decided?


I'd very appreciate answers, otherwise I have to play with my own connections.
Guess I'll have to do some homework here.
