Successful Capital raising and subsequent media coverage

Kleos successfully raised a heavily oversubscribed AUD$2.35m seed round, with strong support from local fund managers and high net worth investors.
The Luxembourg Government invited representatives from Hunter Capital Advisors as well as Kleos management to attend a press conference, at which point the Deputy Prime Minister for Luxembourg welcomed the success of Kleos and the upcoming listing on the Australian Stock Exchange, and further highlighted the Governments ongoing desire to support Kleos.


IPO Update

Kleos appointed DLA Piper as lead legal advisors for the upcoming IPO, and we are happy to report that the first draft of the Prospectus is complete, ahead of schedule.
We will provide a monthly update on progress and timings for expected IPO date over the coming months.
