this isnt to make light of holders issues with comms but its a very common sentiment among small caps that transition to producers. imo this occurs for a number reason:
1. anns cost money
2. during development management tend to focus on the major milestones and finish line when updating the market and not widgets and wodgets being installed. the odd company update and quarterlies serve them fine to reflect the goings on, until the big bang - production, first shipment, first payment.
3. alot of us smallcap investors get lulled into expectations of crazy news flow when compared to the "castles in the sky" of many many explorers that will never turn dirt but need to entice folk to participate in CRs.
4. by this stage those who want in are in, and will wait out the development lull. its a different type of person; investor vs trader... traders needing that sugar hit from news alot.

so given that we've been advised very recently that we are on time and on budget for a september commencement (8 weeks)... what exactly are people looking for? an update that says they are on time and on budget?
