i like the thinking but add running costs which is about 4km a litre of fuel. then maintenance as well as insurances to that and you'd want 10 trucks because you dont want production hurt if a truck breaks down.
contracting is just way less of a headache.
10x sub contracted individual truckers with own truck for 200k a year may clinch it.
