    It’s a fact that the KLL BFS was published after the RWD PFS in which RWD very clearly outlined its discussions with the WA government and specifically says the royalty will likely have a ceiling of 3.75% and most likely be 2.5%.
    Yet KLL uses 73 cents. Do we presume they never read the RWD document?
