I hope your right.
I wonder if they got 19% than Japan should also get 19%, and what about the Indians, Europeans, US, Korea, and all the other nations RIO or BHP trades with, are each to get a nationally owned stake.
Once you add up all the percentages could be well over 150% of RIO and BHP overseas ownership (if it were possible).
