Yes they are approximations.
32 was a previous high and 24 a previous low and 48 didn't quite get there.
I regard the 2 moves to 31 as overruns in extreme conditions but worth taking note of.
Apart from $24 I would consider $28 as a buy target as well.
Some could even argue that 31 is a base for a H&S that targets $14, but lets not go there.
I know it is easy to extrapolate trends ad finitum and most do.
How do you factor in wars and trade wars and maybe new sources and social upheavel etc.
The world is a capricious beast and if it was all so easy we would all be sitting on our bums and no one would be working.
