    "I would much rather see Kmart selling than a IGA in Mosman!"

    IGA cover areas that Kmart doesn't and also it would probably never be affordable for a kmart in areas where there is such high land value and high income. IGA in such areas has massive footfall of well to do mums, dads, and grandparents.

    I'd rather ever store selling them and at a reasonable retail price as that gets market penetration, volume and secures planogram etc
