Hi Vinnie,

You need to fill out the transfer form Vinnie, until the offer closes which is about early August sometime.

They are already at 60 percent acceptance though.

I think if they get over 90 percent, they can declare the offer unconditional, and then at some stage compulsorily acquire the remaining shares, at that late stage you might not have to fill out the forms because your shares would just be acquired/transferred to NGF.

I'm not completely sure how all this works though, so the easiest thing for me to do was fill out the form and post it in.
