In my estimate, they should be eligible for jobkeeper. Online sales in April were 2.5 3x more than last year, this seems like good news but last year online sales were only 10% of total sales. So with all stores closed in April, online sales would be their main sales for the month. In other words, in April, sales were down about 70% compared to last year so they should be eligible for Jobkeeper for 6 months, even if sales in May and June doesn't fall more than 30% because you don't need to retest your eligibility. Again, this is only my estimate and I can be hopelessly wrong.
