I have been in the share market for over 65 years and closely follow retail stocks and how they come and go; and in particular the reason for the for the company's demise. For example failure to honor gift vouchers, credit slips etc.
This afternoon Katmandu refused a legitimate claim for a partial refund which is contrary to many federal and state consumer laws.
After the recent announcement(s) of the company's lower profits, I would not be anywhere near this stock.
