My concern just stems from a gut feel plus this in their risk disclosure statement:
'If CWA were to become insolvent, then we may be unable to meet our obligations to you in full or at all. Hence, investors must make their own assessment of the ability of the Issuer to meet its obligations in respect of the Warrants.'
