Woke in the morning and the difference was quite amazing.
My knees where a bit stiff as soon as I got out of bed but after I got moving they were almost as good as new. I’m not sure if I can reuse the same ones for a couple of days or have to use new ones each time, but so far, 2 days later my knees are still feeling good.
When they start playing up again I give them another go, but so far I’m very impressed.
