with a borrowing agreement in place, it is not technically a naked short but you figure it out!! Naked shorts are not allowed anywhere but guess what....read the forums, look at the charts etc. and tell me that they are not happening daily. Also with a borrowing arrangement in place, they are within your posted guidelines.
