As we wait these last few days out prior to the company meeting with the Mining Commission, I note a few interesting points
- the buy side is running up quickly, the sell side all but gone (approx 3:1)
- Bot very actively buying last Friday
- todays close is 25% down on where we were on the day Tanzania introduces new mining out legislation...about 11 months ago
- Tanz Mining Commission is now rapidly releasing approvals for licences: literally in the mail for most of the prospecting licences. ...and literally 1000's of them
- We are not applying for a mining licence, we already have one. Our applications like all others, is simply to show compliance to the new regulations. AS and Board has stated on numerous occasions that KNL is comfortable with the Company's application
- KNL along with other Mining Licence holders are now waiting to meet with the Mining Commission to get final clarity on some questions on the applications of the regulations. Days not weeks or months anymore
In recent weeks, there has been a huge surge of publicity that suggests there is a very active push within the Tanzanian Government to let Tanzania, the world, miners big and small and investors all know "Tanzania is back in the mining business". There has been Mining related articles and commentary from various Government departments not just the Ministry of Minerals and indeed the good President himself has been involved in a number of actions and announcements including appointing new Senior staff and executives to the Mining Commission (responsible for overseeing the miners large and small)....it was even announced Friday that cabinet would decide on Special Mining Licence approvals. Basically all messages saying "We are Open for Business. But make sure you play by the rules from now on" . And fair enough too. They are even finalizing discussions and positive outcomes with the initial rule breakers!!
So where should the SP of all Tanz graphite plays be???.....well unless you are badly misreading the press out of Tanzania where they were
before the new legislation was introduced....last year. Lets use 29 June 2017 KNL 20c, MNS 53c, BKT 6.8c etc minus the governments free carry plus what they have all individually achieved and announced since then.
If you think for a second that these companies and others are not going to get Mining Commission approval, then technically they are all worth diddly squad. If you think they are, then they are all only days away from being worth a whole lot more than today's close.
Take KNL ...what is a fair value...0.20 minus 16% = 16.8c plus whatever you think is a fair value for the achievements made in the last 12 months: I'll start the ball rolling...and remember these are all achievements that have to be valued and added to the 16.8c base

- start processing and selling battery grade graphite otherwise sourced
- start joint development discussions EcoGraph/ battery manufacturers to develop joint owned battery grade graphite processing facilities (multiple?) ...Value X per share
Others add then we will come up with a reasonable value of where the SP should more properly be today.
Ditto if you hold other Tanz graphite stocks you should be doing the same as we are all undervalued....before the upcoming news and what flows from there!!!
