If you want confidence, then you only need to refer to last week's announcement of the MD buying $30K of shares for cash, on market. It's a pretty big indication that there is no discounted CR coming up in the near future, and that Sojitz or finance are going to be going through. $30K in after tax dollars is not chump change.
