Has anyone here other than robbo used a broker before? The ones complaining need to get an understanding of the way the spec market works. Firstly - Placements are done at a discount and secondly who in their right mind wants to wait out the process of a SPP as the price will hover for that awfully long period of time before it is completed. Sophs still get burnt too. Think about all those mining companies over the last 4 years that have done placement after placement and sophs have kept these stocks alive yet taken a hit because they have taken a large chunk and can't simply sell out when volume is low and the stock price drifts lower. This placement is going to take the brakes off the spot price in my opinion. We now are cashed up and we can finalise the points needed to satisfy the lenders.
