Further to that there's increasing restrictions (yearly) on graphite prohibiting its movement out of China. They don’t have enough high quality graphite to supply their own needs, part of the reason Cherry and Faraday have already signed up with LG Chem of Korea (who are supplied by Sojitz, another KNL customer with long fingers).

China is no longer a threat to anyone. Only 30% of Chinese graphite is flake with majority being very small mesh, or low value. The Chinese have burned out their supply before boom even began.

As for trading and charting, they’re nice to look at, but little more. Small-caps are impossible to predict because they are small-caps. They can be so easily manipulated, exactly as we’ve seen in KNL for the past 3 weeks, it doesn’t rise above 22c, nor does it fall below 21-2.15c. Something is up and none of your charts can/have predicted it.

Finally, Graphite isn’t a mine product in conventional terms. It is a specialised industrial product and it requires customers who will re-tool and work with you over the long term. They can’t just change product because they’ve been offered a better deal, it’s not that simple. Nor is mining and processing a straight forward process, it’s part of the reason Christoph Frey is so important! He has actual experience.

In short;
Customers = business.
No customers = hot air.
