If we are pursuing 100% debt financing then I'm happy to await completion and ignore the share price. However I don't see that as likely so am expecting shares to be issued as part of the finance. At what price will they be issued? At the AGM, authorisation will be sought to be allowed to issue up to 42 million shares (25% of shares outstanding) in the next 12 months.
If we are looking to raise funds via equity, I hope management will provide holders with the requisite progress updates to keep people on board thus supporting the price.
