It really does hinge on the finance but with Spinks saying "first half of calendar 2016" it may well drift lower over the next couple of months. And frankly, a potentially 6 month delay in finance, with binding offtakes that underpin a BFS, is not good enough from management. I don't care what the pimple-faced teller at the German bank said, the guy who actually controls the money will make it happen if he is pushed. He'll do it in record time if he needs to.

I will continue to buy if it slides. It's 90% certain in my view to crack the German finance and then 50 cents here we come, just for starters. If you look at what they've achieved and the whole non-China thing, it really is compelling value at the current SP. It's almost ridiculous compared to its peers.
